Inspired by a dedication to technical innovation and high standards of quality and service, Hadley Industries (Middle East) focuses on the manufacture of a range of high-quality products for use in construction projects through out the world. Its aim is to provide the specifier and contractor with full technical and product support.
Hadley Industries (Middle East) is part of the Hadley Group, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of cold rolled sections and allied products. Operating from the heart of the industrial West Midlands in the UK, the group is dedicated to the provision of matchless standards of service, quality, innovation and technical expertise, says a company spokesman.
The integration of advanced research and development with in-house tool manufacture and the construction of its own rolling machines has earned the Hadley Group its reputation as a major force in cold roll formed technology.
Components designed and engineered by companies within the Hadley Group are manufactured for use in all types of industry from automotive, construction through to aerospace. Advanced computer-aided design technology is used in the development and production of a wide range of products setting high standards of performance and reliability.
Formed in 1996, the Hadley Group's Middle East operation has expanded rapidly and moved two years ago into a 10,000 sq m custom-built facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone. The current operation is equipped with seven high-performance state-of-the-art production lines capable of manufacturing a wide range of products for the local market as well as export worldwide.
The company's product range includes heavy-duty channels for the mechanical and electrical industry, ceiling and partition profiles and the newly-launched UltraGrid ceiling suspension system, manufactured using the Hadley Group UltraSteel process.
Ultrasteel is an internationally patented process which is a major technical breakthrough in the development of roll forming and can be applied to virtually any cold rolled formed section, says the spokesman. UltraSteel is a method of altering the surface characteristics of the steel strip resulting in a stronger section. The process work hardens the material and as a result, increases its tensile strength. The process offers other benefits including aesthetics, increased resistance to pull out, fire test improvement and reduced noise levels.
The UltraGrid ceiling systems are manufactured utilising the patented Ultra Steel process and are available in both metric and imperial sizes. The systems are suitable for installation in most applications and can accommodate a wide variety of lay in ceiling tiles.
The company's products have been used in a wide variety of projects including hotels, villa complexes and tower buildings. For example: Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills (Greens, Springs, Meadows and Lakes), Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Fairmont Hotel, Deira City Centre, Ajman City centre, Burjuman Centre in the UAE; and City Centre, West Bay Complex Ritz Carlton in Doha, Qatar.
The company's export markets include Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Yemen, Kuwait, Far East, North Africa and Europe. The company has invested in technology to improve productivity to give added value in terms of service and create awareness to the benefits of using quality products.
