EUROMECC of Italy will be promoting its concrete batching and precast concrete plant at The Big 5 PMV.

The company, which has installed more than 1,000 concrete batching plant in Italy and across Europe, Asia and Africa, hopes to cash in on The Big 5 to promote its premier equipment, which is known for its high-quality concrete production.
Euromecc specialises in the design and production of horizontal and vertical concrete batching plant with one or two charging points for wet and dry production, precast plants, silos and silos clusters, bucket elevators and conveyor belts for cement, ash and filler, and dust filters.
The company’s plant has been supplied to a number of countries in the region including Yemen, the UAE (Dubai), Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
Euromecc batching plant is designed for high-quality concrete production, says the company. Various models are offered including those for dry production or wet production only and dry and wet production, and precast plants.
It is possible to obtain dry or pre-mixed quantities through just one loading point. The aggregate-cement bypass allows direct loading into the truck mixer or into mixer.
Plants that are designed for direct loading into the truck mixer with a single or double loading point have a maximum production capacity of 200 cu m of dry quantities per hour.
The company’s cement mixing and batching plant is equipped with a continuous mixer and the dosage of the cement is controlled by a weighing system with three loading cells set up on the cement batcher.
Euromecc batching tower, which provides a suitable solution for industrial concrete production, is distinguished by its high production capacity and low maintenance costs.
The company’s factories in Italy are located on a 150,000 sq m site, with a built-up area of about 12,000 sq m. All its production processes are governed by a total quality system, complying with ISO 9001:2000 standards, as certified by SGS.
Commenting on its ability to tailor its products to customer demands, a company spokesman says: “We have a diverse portfolio and superior products, which enable us to meet various demands.”
“Our technicians and salesmen carry out a preliminary inspection of the area where the plant will be installed, and in addition prepare a detailed plan and study including CAD plant simulation, in order to design plants that best satisfy customer requirements,” he adds.
An efficient research and development department and skilful engineers are continuously involved in developing highly-advanced Euromecc products and upgrading the existing product line, says the company.
