HYDRAULIC equipment manufacturer Dynaset will use The Big 5 PMV as a platform to launch its new products such as the HPW compact and powerful hydraulic high-pressure water pump, while promoting a range of equipment particularly its HG generator, HWG welding generator and the HK/HKL compressor.

Dynaset high-pressure pumps as well as its welding generators are patented and have the best power-to-weight ratio in the world, according to Kimmo Koskinen, a marketing executive of Dynaset, which will make its debut at the show.
 “We will also exhibit an array of hydraulic products such as generators, welders, magnet generators and compressors. All our products are compact and powerful and get their power from work machine hydraulics, making them available for work at any time, at any place,” says Koskinen.
The HPW hydraulic high-pressure water pump is compact and powerful and has a patented design that’s free of rotating parts. This hydraulically-powered jetting pump has a pressure range of 30 to 1,600 bar and a flow range of 15 to 300 litres per minute, generating water power from 10 to 150 kW. Applications include street washing and pipe cleaning equipment, high-pressure fire extinguishing and dust suppression.
The HG hydraulic generator is a standard model generator that is capable of producing high-quality electric power from 3.5 to 70 kVA at 50 or 60 Hz frequency.
The HWG hydraulic welding generator has advanced features and external electricity. Models include the most lightweight portable welding generator in the world – the HWG 200 weighing just 18 kg, he claims.
HK/HKL hydraulic compressor models with the piston or rotary vane operation principle produce compressed air at 400 to 7,500 litres per minute.
Dynaset aims to strengthen its Middle East presence by promoting its innovative and pioneering products that are being sold to more than 40 countries, says Koskinen, pointing out that The Big 5 provides an immense opportunity to achieve this purpose.
“There is a lot of construction activity in the GCC and we are targeting the region. With Dynaset products, you can improve work efficiency, save time and money, save the environment and all this can be done with already existing machines,” he says.
Finland-based Dynaset specialises in the manufacture of a range of hydraulic equipment such as generators, welders, magnet generators, high-pressure water pumps, street washing equipment, pipe cleaning equipment, dust suppression systems, high-pressure fire extinguishing equipment, compressors and installation valves.
The company is the market leader for hydraulic equipment in its domestic market, besides having carved a niche for itself as a leading manufacturer of hydraulic generators, high-pressure pumps, and compressors in the global market. Its worldwide presence is being supported by the expansion of its global dealer network and it has major plans to launch new branches and offices in the near future.
“Dynaset’s China branch has also been very active for quite some time now, and we’re expecting strong growth in that market area,” says Koskinen.
Some of the company’s Gulf projects have included the delivery of an HKL1300 hydraulic rotary vane compressor to Abu Dhabi.
The Dynaset technology, which utilises hydraulic power, is very effective in terms of costs, profits, effort and time.
The compact equipment does not require additional fuel and runs reliably whenever and wherever needed as it always operates alongside the work machine.
The absence of external engines also helps save environment and space.
Commenting on the impact of the global recession on its business, he says: “Sales this year has been slightly less successful than last year, but we’ve been able to develop new innovations and explore new markets effectively.”
Headquartered in Finland, Dynaset was established in 1986 and has 50 employees. Its turnover stands at €12 million ($18 million). Dynaset will be present at Stand C14.
