Ariston Middle East, a key supplier of thermal comfort solutions, has introduced its latest product, the PRO1 Eco medium storage electric water heater, aimed at enhancing home efficiency across the region.

The next-generation unit combines Italian design with advanced smart technology, notably the ECO EVO self-learning system powered by patented CoreTECH, which studies usage patterns to anticipate hot water needs and deliver up to 14 per cent in energy savings.

This product offers a 1:1 replacement for standard electric water heaters, without any need to renovate or install piping. 

The PRO1 Eco also meets most demanded requirements from facility management (FM) companies and MEP contractors. In case of issues, the product features a diagnostic display that shows the error code of the product, making it immediately clear which intervention is required. The product is equipped with an anti-dry safety mechanism that prevents it from powering on when no water is detected in the tank. This is particularly useful in new construction, bridging the often significant time that elapses between the installation of the water heater and the building’s handover.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, the PRO1 Eco strikes a balance between elegance and engineering precision, says Torner, who adds that the water heater’s compact design makes it ideal for a variety of residential settings, while its thoughtful features elevate daily convenience.

Torner says this advanced water heater incorporates several key technologies for enhanced performance and convenience. The ECO EVO smart technology learns the user’s daily habits and schedules water heating accordingly, resulting in both time and energy savings. Furthermore, Water Plus Technology maximises usability by minimising cold water mixing, ensuring up to 16 per cent more available hot water. Durability is addressed by Titan Shield Protection, comprising a robust titanium-enamel tank and a magnesium anode for long-lasting reliability. It also features the Auto Anti-Legionella cycle, an electronic process that runs once per month, reducing the need to constantly maintain a high water temperature in the tank. For user convenience, the unit includes a temperature and shower-ready indicator that displays the water temperature and notifies users when hot water is available. The product is also backed by a comprehensive seven-year warranty.
