The Tamer Head Office building ... one of the best
Jamjoom Consult is a wholly Saudi-owned and managed architectural and engineering partnership with its main office in Jeddah. It has a branch office in Riyadh and has executed a wide range of projects throughout the Kingdom both in its own right and in collaboration with foreign consultants. The office was established in 1963 and as such is probably one of the longest-serving Saudi practices in the field.
"As a Saudi partnership, our reputation for skill and integrity is second to none. We have experience in a wide range of projects and are well acquainted with banks and bank housing designs. We are a multi-discipline practice and include architects, structural engineers, building services engineers, cost estimators, draughtsmen, inspectors and surveyors," says Osman Jamjoom, principal.
The Tamer Head Office building, designed and supervised by Jamjoom is featured in a book on Jeddah's history and civilisation - published by the municipality - as one of the best 40 buildings in the city, says Jamjoom.
