A diesel hammer or Fundex hydraulic hammer is used to drive a steel tube into the ground until the foundation level is reached.
After checking that the tube contains no water, the reinforcement cage is placed and the tube filled with sufficient concrete to form the pileshaft.
The piletube is extracted approximately 2 m by using the Fundex vibrator and refilled with concrete.
The tube is closed at the top and driven into the ground again, so that the concrete is compressed and an enlarged base is formed.
The vibrator is clamped around the tube to extract it. During extraction the shaft is formed and the pile is ready.
