Security & Safety Corporation, a Dammam-based supplier of security systems and fire protection and fire-fighting systems, plans to open branches in other parts of the Kingdom.
"Saudi Arabia is a good market for the security and fire alarm and fire-fighting systems," says executive manager Waleed Al-Mansour. "We plan to open new showrooms in Dammam and elsewhere in the Kingdom in the near future. We believe that the security and fire systems market will grow."
The company, established in 1991, supplies residential and commercial security alarm systems, fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems and closed circuit televisions (CCTVs). It also undertakes installation and maintenance.
Security & Safety Corporation is the agent for Gardiner Technology of UK; A2Z for Smoke and Heat Detectors; and Video Man (CCTV) systems. It also distributes products from other manufacturers.
The company has experienced good growth last year and the turnover is improving, says Al-Mansour. "Our main market is the Eastern Province (Dammam, Al Khobar and Jubail) and we have some projects in Riyadh and Qassim," he says.
The company recently introduced perimeter protection systems
"We just have completed the security and fire alarm system for gold shops in Al Hayat Plaza Complex, Dammam. We have also installed the fire alarm systems in several shops in Al Rashed Mall Complex, Al Khobar and many others projects," says Al-Mansour.
He says the competition is tough in the Saudi market. "We face the challenges through supply of quality products and good services after sales," he says.
