
The Saudi Lada Group has executed hundreds of projects covering thousands of square metres in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the last decade.
The group, founded in 1989 under the banner of Lada Trading and Contracting Company, has its head office in Riyadh and branches in Riyadh, Madinah and Jeddah.

The Arriyadh Transportation Centre which it is building in the Al Aziziah district of Riyadh represents the group's first contract with Arriyadh Development Authority.
The company recently completed a number of major projects including The Technical Institute in Makkah; an Alsalam Aircraft project in Riyadh; and the GCC headquarters in the Diplomatic Area of Riyadh. "These projects have helped improve the company's image in the construction sector," he says.
Other projects in which the company is involved include the Al-Rajhi Bank branch in Riyadh, Al Radwah Palace, Al Murjan Ink Factory and the Al Othaim Central Warehouse.
The company's goal is to enhance its services, make further inroads into the market and upgrade the quality of its operation, he says.
Commenting on the spread of company's construction activities, he says 40 per cent of its projects are industrial buildings, 40 per cent commercial buildings and the remaining 20 per cent is building palaces. "We hope maintain this momentum for the next few years," he says.
The company employs approximately 1,000 staff.
