ReiseFrische arrangements offer an appealing and hygienic impression.

A new sanitary wall partitioning system will be launched at the Big 5 show by GRAL, which is part of the Dorma group, a multi-national manufacturing and distribution organisation specialising in manual and automatic door hardware.

The new ReiseFrische system combines curved safety glass with powder-coated aluminium profiles not only to separate sanitary facilities, but also to increase the architectonic value of washroom settings, says a company spokesman.

"The importance of modular systems has grown significantly over the last few years especially where customised system solutions are required. The rising demand for sophisticated solutions can therefore only be met with a widespread and appealing product portfolio," he says. "After having established its name as an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) in the full glass shower industry, GRAL has now taken up a new challenge by introducing the ReiseFrische modular sanitary partition wall system."

Elements

"The ReiseFrische curved coloured tempered safety glass is unaffected by aggressive cleaning agents, repellent to germs, dirt and graffiti and is ergonomically easy to clean," the spokesman says. "The curved tempered safety glass places aesthetic accents that create a pleasant ambience."

He continues: "By combining the curved glass form in exciting colour and lighting combinations, washrooms in hotels, restaurants and corporate buildings can be transformed into representative and inviting environments in a number of design possibilities.

"Because of the durable coloured elastic coating, the aluminium profiles will guarantee impeccable aesthetics for years to come, thus combining design, security and stability.

Functionality

"Toilet units, shower enclosures and washing sections are compatible and can be installed in linear or circular arrangements. Ventilation units can be installed over each separate cubicle, thus generating an all-round pleasant atmosphere.

"The hygienic aspect and the cleaning facilities have been improved by a general reduction of joints and gaps. The operation of various sanitary fittings - such as water taps and soap dispensers - is rationalised by means of non-contact proximity sensors. Maintenance is organised in back-panel inspection chambers.

Design

"ReiseFrische enables the planner's concept to become reality. The modular aspect opens an endless spectrum of application possibilities for each and every room situation, creating ideal conditions for the contracting sector.

"ReiseFrische components such as profile form, sanitary element, design and glass surface are combined with the standard architectural elements - floor, wall and ceiling - to a high degree of harmony.

"By integrating the necessary sanitary functionalities in the curved coloured glass surface, ReiseFrische arrangements create an appealing, harmonious and hygienic impression."

GRAL offers assistance in planning the desired ReiseFrische arrangement based upon a detailed building site drawing provided by either planner or contractor.

"Given this back-up combined with experience of Dorma's representatives in the Gulf region, we can confidently state that we can help transform client's ideas and concepts into realistic arrangements," the spokesman says.

Dorma products will be on show at stand 3A131 in Hall 3.
