The Big 5

Stonework on show

Haddonstone of the UK will be a first-time exhibitor at the Big 5 show.

The company, which is world renowned for high-quality landscape ornaments and architectural stonework, hopes to re-establish its presence in the Middle East by exhibiting its designs for the first time at the exhibition, says marketing director Simon Scott.

"A new 156-page catalogue will be available at the show which details Haddonstone's standard range as well as its ability to produce custom-made stonework to meet the requirements of architects and contractors," he says.

Products are marketed under three categories: garden ornaments, interiors and architectural stonework.

Garden furniture includes urns and vases, jardinieres, bowls, sundials, pool surrounds, fountains, lighting, obelisks, pedestals, paving and tiling.

For interiors, Haddonstone manufactures tables and table supports, table lamps, chimney pieces, smokers' stands and other imaginative features.

Its architectural stonework range covers balustrades, parapet screens, columns and pilasters, porticos, pergolas, door and window surrounds, steps, gate piers, heads, cills and keystones, ruins, follies and grottoes, copings and restoration work.

Founded in 1971, Haddonstone is an ISO 9001-registered company with production facilities in both the UK and US. Manufactured from a special form of cast limestone, Haddonstone is available in a choice of Portland, Bath or Terracotta colour.
