Meccanica Bre-ganzese (MB) is on a worldwide mission to promote its range of excavator-mounted crus-her buckets that are gaining popularity around the globe thanks of their efficiency in reducing waste material from demolition site.
“Given the spiralling costs of landfill, the pressure is constantly on contractors to reduce the amount of waste for disposal from demolition sites,” says a spokesman for the Italian firm. “This has been the case particularly in Europe where landfill is at a premium and this need has accelerated the innovation of new crusher technologies.”
MB claims to be the creator and leading producer of the innovative jaw-action bucket crusher for use in the following applications: demolition, road works, pipelines, excavation, quarries, vineyard deep ploughing and environmental remediation.
The company is currently on a marketing drive which will see its innovative equipment gain the limelight at major exhibitions around the world.
The spokesman comments: “Marketing is the key to success with our buckets and this is the reason why we will be present at the most important trade exhibitions all over the world. For example, at the Big 5 show in Dubai, MB will showcase its biggest model, BF120.4, which weighs 4,900 kg and has a bucket’s capacity of 1 cu m and is recommended for excavators up of 28 tonnes.
“The Big 5 attracts top-quality suppliers from all over the world, across the widest range of products and services, for all aspects of the construction industry.”
MB is also participating at bauma China 2008 this month (November 25 to 28), which is one of the most important international trade fairs for construction machinery, building material machines, construction vehicles and equipment.
“The show has attracted more than 3,000 exhibitors from 49 countries and anticipates more than 41,6000 trade visitors. MB will be there with all four models of crusher buckets, namely the BF60.1, BF70.2, BF90.3 and BF120.4 with iron separators,” he adds. “We will also be present at Intermat 2009, which will be held in France next April (April 20 to 25).”
The BF60.1, which weighs 1,500 kg and has a bucket capacity of 0.5 cu m, is recommended for excavators weighing from eight to 14 tonnes. The BF 70.2 weighs 2,250 kg and has a bucket’s capacity of 0.65 cu m. It is designed for excavators weighting from 14 to 20 tonnes. The BF 90.3, weighing 3,500 kg, is suitable for excavators weighing from 20 to 28 tonnes and has a bucket’s capacity of 0.75 cu m.
“The MB bucket is also offered with an optional an iron separator, which can prove very beneficial to contractors working in recycling applications. Here, by dragging the rear of the bucket over the crushed pile, any steel is easily removed and can to be placed aside for recycling purposes,” he says.
To convince potential customers of the efficiency of these buckets, BM is inviting them to witness these units in operation.
“We are currently performing a series of demonstrations around the world and invite interested contractors to contact us for an invitation to these sites,” he says.
“Our dealers look forward to showing everyone how much time and money the crusher bucket will save customers from reduced waste disposal and transportation requirements,” he adds.
MB has created a niche in the world crushing equipment market with its MB crusher bucket range, which has been manufactured for over eight years. The range has been tested and has performed in many countries for a huge range of applications. MB crushers are built to high precision quality and engineered to stand up to the demands of rigorous application.
These products are a result of the company’s focus on research and designing cutting-edge solutions to improve the performance level of this product.
The spokesman elaborates: “MB’s programme of intense research and creation of new designs has one basic aim – that is, to make work on site less labour-intensive and much more efficient.
“In fact, this dedication has been motivating MB engineers to develop a one-of-a-kind design for a truly innovative bucket crusher, a solution that has created an entirely new market segment.
“For MB, technological research is more than just a part of the overall manufacturing process, it is, in fact, a strategic commitment. The company’s economic and creative resources have been re-invested in the ongoing development for optimal design, versatility, and safety solutions which characterise the products.”
“Professionalism and a commitment to get the job done every time, on time, has contributed to MB’s reputation to follow through on the promise of its new and innovative products. Customers know they can rely on MB products to fulfil their expectations, time and time again. Operators and owners of MB crushers appreciate that the right solution for their particular needs is at their fingertips. Initial settings, calibrated by trained personnel, may be adjusted accordingly to satisfy various demands,” he concludes.
