

ROSHN Group has unveiled ROSHNEXT, an innovation arm designed to foster human-centric experiences and accelerate growth within the real estate sector. The launch coincides with the developer being crowned Saudi Arabia’s most valuable real estate brand, exceeding a valuation of $1 billion by Brand Finance.
The program is designed to develop human-centric experiences that accelerate growth, enhance collaboration, and establish new standards within the real estate sector. ROSHNEXT will drive innovation by fostering partnerships, adopting cutting-edge technologies, and fast-tracking the transformation of new ideas into impactful, real-world solutions – reinforcing the group’s vision to lead meaningful innovation and transformation within the real estate industry.
The launch of ROSHNEXT reaffirms ROSHN Group’s commitment to innovation as a core strategic pillar. The group has recently introduced several pioneering initiatives, including the interactive Mobility Experience, two editions of ROSHN Hackathon, and the development of a comprehensive digital platform that manages all real estate transactions and currently supports nearly half of the group’s total sales volume.
Additionally, the group has successfully launched two editions of its internal ROSHN Visionaries initiative, dedicated to employees, which generated more than 125 innovative ideas and delivered hundreds of hours of training. ROSHN Group is now preparing to launch a third edition of the initiative, which will include both its employees and a select group of external partners.

Brand Recognition and Market Leadership
In parallel with its innovation push, ROSHN Group has achieved significant brand recognition. Brand Finance, the world’s leading independent brand valuation consultancy, assessed ROSHN as Saudi Arabia’s most valuable real estate brand, a remarkable feat achieved in under five years since the company’s inception. ROSHN’s brand and reputation now rank among the top 20 across different sectors nationwide and hold the third most valuable real estate brand position regionally.
This rapid brand growth and strong financial performance reflect the expansion of Saudi Arabia’s real estate market, driven by the national development goals of Vision 2030. Brand Finance noted that ROSHN Group’s new identity and its expansion into diverse sectors such as education, entertainment, healthcare, and sports – including involvement in building two stadiums for the 2034 FIFA World Cup – have significantly elevated its profile.
