Italian manufacturer Soitaab Impianti will put on display an array of products that embody the company’s 40-year experience in thermal cutting and gas distribution systems, when it appears at this year’s Big 5 show in November.
“The Soitaab brand is well-known in almost all workshops and its growing popularity is due both to its manual machines and to the legendary Sincolinea photocell-flame cutting machine,” says a company spokesman.
“Today, Soitaab stands out because of its corporate policy where cutting represents a fundamental mission. Responding to market demands for enhanced performance, Soitaab has focused on producing machines that render high mechanical precision and greater cutting quality, he adds.
“We are aiming towards enhancing the flame, plasma, water jet and laser-cutting process by introducing several automations into our machines. This corporate philosophy has led to the production of the new Lineacord PCN and Plasma Victory machines and to the development of other brand-new products such as the Thesis and Olympic Laser.
“These products, featuring a high automation level, are integrated by a ‘softer’ but still important range including semi-automated devices such as the photo cell-based items Minicord and Sincolinea,” he adds.
Plasma Victory
This cost-effective, high precision, twin-drive CNC machine for plasma cutting applications has a very innovative mechanical structure ensuring high precision and is equipped with a twin slide master torch suspension housing two plasma generators in parallel.
The master suspension is equipped with the unique touch-and-go (TAG) device, an arc voltage torch height control, a plasma torch breakaway system and a UV shield.
Lineacord
A twin-drive gantry-type machine, Lineacord, offers a wide range of solutions for all oxy-fuel and plasma cutting requirements. Designed to be versatile and flexible, the machine – which uses dedicated software and electronic components that are built-in – has become a system where mechanical parts perfectly interact with the electronics, he explains.
“The company, which is strengthening its image by focusing on the operational aspects, is supported by a highly specialised and qualified team for technological excellence and innovation, a state-of-the-art production of automated cutting machines, and a high-quality after-sales service, he concludes.
