Reckli Chemierwerstoff will be making its debut at the Big 5 show to promote its wide range of products supported by Khansaheb Civil Engineering, the exclusive distributor of Reckli products in the UAE, Oman and Qatar.

“We are here to tap more markets and further popularise our products in the region and beyond,” says a spokesman for Reckli. Among the many key products that will be on display at the Reckli-Khansaheb stand will be the new-generation Reckli photo-engraving formliners, and brand new spray technology for polyurethane rubber.
As the exclusive distributor for Reckli products in the Gulf since 1992, Khansaheb offers a wide range of pourable and brushable polyurethane-elastomers and silicones for mould and formliner-making with shore-hardness between A5 and A90.
“We import bulk quantities of Reckli materials on a regular monthly basis. This enables Reckli to sell to Gulf customers at the same rate as ex-Germany prices. It also means that customers do not have to maintain large stocks, which is important for materials that have a six-month shelf life. Reckli materials are stored in an air-conditioned store and we do not have a minimum order quantity,” says a spokesman for Khansaheb.
Khansaheb also supplies polyurethane liquid rubber, silicones, release agents and epoxy to all major gypsum, glass-reinforced concrete (GRC) and precast concrete factories for making flexible moulds.
“The advantage of Reckli is that it allows intricate designs to be produced, does not shrink in the mould and offers longevity of use. Reckli rubber moulds are good for over 100 uses if used in accordance with guidelines provided by manufacturers,” he points out.

Formliners
Reckli formliners system has a proven track record of more than 35 years of application throughout the world and for over 12 years in the UAE and other GCC countries.
“Within the Reckli standard programme, we have more than 250 different patterns available in Germany. Beside this wide range, we can also manufacture in Dubai special moulds to suit our clients’ own designs.  All  formliners can be used over 100 times,” he says.

Sprayable liquid rubber
At the show Reckli will be introducing brand new spray technology for polyurethane rubber.
