International Electromechanical Services Company (IEMSC), a pioneer MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) contracting company, says it is proud to be associated with Dubai Internet City (DIC).
IEMSC executed MEP works for the IBM, Canon and Microsoft buildings and IBM Data Centre at Dubai Internet City. These were all super-fast-track jobs, which were completed in a record time of seven months and to the satisfaction of all concerned, says a company spokesman.
The work was executed using the latest engineering skills and technology and included sophisticated and high-tech systems such as surveillance, security and an advanced building management system (BMS), he says.

Some of these hotel projects executed by the ISO 9002-certified company include Le Meridien - phase II and III, JW Marriott - phase II, Hilton Dubai, Jumeirah, Taj Palace and Holiday Inn, all in Dubai; Radisson Plaza Beach Resort and Hilton Beach Resort, both in Mauritius; ITC Sheraton, Bombay, India; Taj Samudra, Sri Lanka; and Sabaa' Hotel, Sanaa, Yemen.
