ALDREES Industrial and Trading Company (Alitco), a group of companies catering to the construction industry in Saudi Arabia since 1978, has introduced new hollow metal doors and frames under the Steel Tech Doors and Frames brand name.
The development of Steel Tech products is based on the Alitco’s years of experience in customised doors, frames and hardware that have been supplied to numerous prestigious projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
All products of the brand will be manufactured at Alitco’s new factory, which was established last year in Riyadh’s Third Industrial Area over an area of 10,500 sq m. The facility has a capacity to produce 10,000 sets of door and frames per month.
The company also offers highly sophisticated bullet-resistant or full-flush doors, which are designed to provide a high level of protection from bullets for applications such as banks, lockers, government buildings, embassies and other high-security buildings. They have interlocked and hairline seams that are welded on the inside vertical edges along the full height of the doors.
The company, which previously operated as a division of Mohammed Saad Aldrees and Sons Company, started out in 1978 as a major importer of finishing materials from the US, supplying superior-quality hollow metal doors and frames from brands such as Fenestra and Ceco doors to several prestigious projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
