HUB Holdings, a new Abu Dhabi-based real estate firm, is to build its first project in Saadiyat Island in the UAE capital.
Called The Colosseum At Saadiyat Island, the state-of-the-art development is designed by world-class architects and interior designers, and consists of two G+14 residential towers shaped like the ancient colosseum but transformed into modern-day architecture with a total built-up area of 1 million sq ft. The project has been designed to be environment-friendly as it adopts the green buildings concept, says Ahmed Ali Al Serkal, the managing director of HUB Holdings.
The towers will have more than 50,000 sq ft of amenities, swimming pools, recreational facilities and relaxing lounges. The towers will also be fully equipped with ‘smart home’ technology and feature full panoramic views from every apartment.
The colosseum offers spacious studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses.
