ACW Holdings will begin groundwork at three developments – Platinum One and Platinum Two luxury serviced apartments and The Light serviced offices – in Arjan, Dubailand this month.
The construction works and ground preparations are being handled by the Torque Group, which is responsible for ACW Holdings’ developments in the Arjan community.
Arjan will comprise medium-rise commercial, residential, retail and hospitality developments, including more than 100 residential complexes, six office towers and a unique art deco, architectural style.
