The Octagon ... unique structure.
An eight-sided 50-storey landmark called The Octagon is to be built in Dubai.
Located within the City of Arabia, the mixed-use tower is being developed by the Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Group.
The Octagon will be a unique feat of Middle Eastern architecture in both its concept and design, says the developer. In addition to its eight sides, it offers 32 levels of commercial and 18 levels of residential space, as well as studio and one-bedroom apartments ranging from 614 to 4, 000 sq ft.
A number of duplex penthouses are also included.
