CIRRUS Developments is to build a landmark 50-storey tower in Nakheel’s Waterfront development.
Called The Vantage, the residence will offer apartments plus townhouses in addition to a boutique retail boulevard and a selection of restaurants. The $544 million tower will be 185 m in height.
The building will aim to achieve Leed (Leadership in Environmental Design) gold accreditation.
