Plus Properties has awarded a Dh400 million ($108 million) contract to Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for the construction of two towers within Nakheel’s Waterfront in Dubai.
The Wave Residence 1 and Pixel Tower will be located in Madinat Al Arab, one of the components of the Waterfront, which is set to become the world’s largest waterfront development when complete.
Wave Residence 1 is located on the first row directly on the beach at the Madinat Al Arab. The project will have exclusive garden apartments with private pools or outdoor Jacuzzis. Pixel Tower, meanwhile, is conceived as a high-tech, Generation X tower for the young and trendy. It comprises 18 floors with a variety of spacious and luxurious apartments, private villas and duplex penthouses.
Both towers are designed by world-renowned architect James Law.
