Having completed several projects in the kingdom, Al Khobar-based Ibrahim Asmael Establishment for General Contracting – leading heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) and civil contractor – is looking forward to further boost its presence in the growing markets.

Asmael General Contracting provides a comprehensive range of services for all construction requirements for small as well as large commercial and private residential construction and HVAC projects for shopping centres, supermarkets, compounds, furnished apartments, hotels, luxurious villas, and palaces, across the region.
As part of its organisational structure, it has a network of selected sub-contractors, suppliers and service providers to carry out projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
The firm's general contracting activities can be divided into two main divisions:
• The construction division, which carries out major turnkey projects including rough and finishing works for electrical, telecommunications, and fire fighting systems.
• The air-conditioning department, capable of handling large HVAC projects in both the industrial and the commercial sector. It can undertake projects such as oil refineries, hospitals, manufacturing plants, and airports, which require extensive engineering works and a specialised team for the supply and installation of chilled water system and building management system such as plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm and public addressing.

• Commercial and residential buildings in Dammam and in Al Khobar;
• Residential compound in Dhahran;
• Commercial building for Al Yahya supermarket in Al Hasa;
• An office building in Ras Tanurah for Saudi Aramco;
• Motels and 60 villas for Holiday Inn for Half Moon Beach resort Company in Aziziyah;
• A mosque in Salhat;
• A petrol station in Al Khobar;
• Housing villas for various private clients in Al Khobar, Dhahran and Dammam,
HVAC-Industrial projects
• Projects for Saudi Aramco which include a bulk plant at Jizan; King Fahd International Airport at Dammam; gas plants at Shedgum and Hawaiyah; utility plant and a laboratory, research and development centre at Dhahran; cargo and a new chemicals storage buildings at Ras Tanurah and a residential and industrial complex at Shaybah, among others;
• A substation, phase II of the Dammmam headquarters building and a training centre for Saudi Consolidated Electric Company (Sceco);
• Industrial Training Centre, Petrokemya Olefins plant, as well as facilities for Ibn Rusd and Hadeed, which are part of the Sabic Group of companies.
In addition it has carried out various projects for the Ministry of Water and Agriculture, the Ministry of Commerce, Military projects private commercial projects including showrooms, supermarkets, office buildings, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants, universities, banks and furnished apartments among others.
