Dammam-based Sunpower – a leading steel fabricator that offers a range of storage solutions – is now looking forward to a positive year in business, eyeing some of the major projects that are poised to be launched later this year.
“As the third quarter approaches, we are continuously receiving enquiries for mega projects from well-established and prominent industrial and manufacturing companies in Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries,” says Khalil Haddad, managing director of Sunpower Factory.
“We have just clinched large-scale projects for companies such as Consolidated Contractors, Al-Olayan/Arab Metal Company and Saudi Oger, to name just a few, and are optimistic of even more success as the year unfolds,” he adds.
From its base in the second industrial city in Dammam, Sunpower manufactures a wide range of steel products to international standards, including special fabrications for big warehouses, cold stores and workshops with high/medium/low-load capacities of racks and a wide range of steel furniture for offices, schools, hospitals and homes. It also manufactures multi-purpose steel containers, fire-safety equipment cabinets, storage and display shelves and racks.
“There is now a boom in demand for steel industry products in the Middle East and we are gearing up for a surge in businesses. We have employed additional manpower including highly-experienced engineers, are set to install new technical software and latest machineries, and are implementing research and development programmes,” adds Haddad.
Sunpower, with its 23 years in the steel industry, has always given priority to customer satisfaction by offering quality products for commercial and residential uses.
