Trident International Holdings (TIH), a leading real estate development company, has awarded Al Dhafra Piling and Construction Company (APCC) the enabling works for the 22-storey luxury freehold residential project at the Dubai Marina.

APCC was awarded the entire enabling works following a comprehensive process, including several rounds of evaluation and assessment by the company's project development team, said Wazir Ali Daredia, executive director and CEO.
The 22-storey Bayside Residence offers 101 one, two, and three-bedroom waterfront condominiums, marina homes and penthouses. The development will include three-storeyed marina homes complete with a private lift and sky lawns, penthouses and duplex villas. Bayside Residence will include luxury features such as an infinity pool and intelligent homes.
Once complete, Bayside Residence will house its unique ‘Oxygen Bar’ – a concept still unheard of in this region – which is a new wave of health product and relaxation service, combining pure oxygen with the elements of popular aromatherapies for a positive, uplifting, and therapeutic effect.
