Binghatti Holding has staged a series of landmark international launches for its iconic Binghatti Skyblade, a AED2-billion ($544 million) development in Downtown Dubai – beginning beneath the Pyramids of Giza, continuing along Egypt’s North Coast in El-Alamein, and culminating in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Located in Downtown Dubai’s most prestigious location, Burj Khalifa Boulevard, the Binghatti Skyblade has been designed as a bold architectural statement.
