Mycrane Trading, a newly established crane sales, leasing, and maintenance services provider based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, has successfully closed a $50 million investment deal with a DIFC-based investment holding company.
In partnership with Mycrane, the world’s first global platform for online crane rental, Mycrane Trading integrates physical inventory with digital reach to deliver seamless access to crane sales and rentals across the Gulf region. The combined portfolio of both the companies includes all-terrain, crawler, rough-terrain, and tower cranes, each backed by certified inspection and safety reports.
A dedicated management team has been appointed to lead the UAE operations, including Sudheesh Mohan as Head of Sales and Marketing, and Mina Asham as Head of Tower Cranes, both based in Dubai. Ashishkumar Tiwari serves as Sales Director.
Founder of Mycrane and CEO of Mycrane Trading Andrei Geikalo commented: “We’ve seen rising global demand for both new and used cranes, and growing appetite from asset owners to monetise surplus equipment. “With Mycrane Trading as a key partner, we can now respond directly to this demand by instantly connecting sellers with the rental platform’s thousands of fleet-owning users, many of whom have urgent purchase needs.

“Whether purchasing locally or internationally, Mycrane Trading customers can access genuine machines at the best possible prices, supported by expert sourcing, rigorous checks and a dedicated customer service team.”
The business leverages Mycrane’s established global network of crane buyers and sellers alongside digital tools and market data, providing transparent and competitive equipment sales. Mycrane Trading serves clients worldwide, with particular focus on the Middle East, Africa, CIS, and Asia.
Tiwari said: “Mycrane Trading combines the efficiency and reliability of our digital marketplace with a physical base at Jebel Ali Free Zone. Every crane is carefully sourced, with full documentation and inspection available, giving customers trusted access to verified equipment at competitive prices.”
This launch builds on Mycrane’s recent international growth, new platform features, and three industry awards in 2025. The partnership aims to simplify crane procurement for rentals and ownership alike.
“Our mission has always been to simplify crane procurement. This new collaboration allows us to do that – not just for rentals, but for ownership too,” Geikalo added.
Meanwhile, Mycrane has released a mobile app to improve user experience especially for those on the move – whether on site, commuting to the office or travelling.
Among the features offered by the app – available for free download on the App Store and Google Play – are a more intuitive interface compared to web view, and the ability to receive instant push notifications to a mobile device.
“The Mycrane app has been developed in consultation with our customers and equipment partners around the world and makes it easier than ever before to rent cranes online,” said Geikalo. “This is another step on our mission to digitalise the crane industry by introducing productivity-boosting tools, and continuously making them more accessible. Whether it’s a new customer enquiry, or a response from a crane company, our app’s notifications mean you’ll never miss a thing.”
Taking the crane rental process online for the first time, and replacing the need to make cumbersome offline enquiries, the free-to-use Mycrane platform makes cranes available for hire from professional crane rental partners.
After completing a simple and free registration, Mycrane users can quickly find lifting equipment using the platform, saving time and money as they do so. The Mycrane customer base includes those active in a range of industry sectors including renewable energy, petrochemical, construction and civil engineering.
