Aldar Properties has signed a contract with National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) to provide district cooling services for all its upcoming and future projects in Abu Dhabi.

Aldar's Al Maamoura Tower, a state-of-the-art office building in the Al Muroor district, requiring 1,816 tons of refrigeration (TR) will be the first development to be fully cooled by Tabreed. This development will house Mubadala offices and the impressive Environmental Research and Wildlife Development Agency (ERWDA) library along with display areas, a high-tech business and conference centre, a 150-seat auditorium, a restaurant, a day care centre and a gymnasium.
