ETA Star Property Developers has launched piling work on the Liberty House, a complex at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
National Services and Contracting Establishment (NSCC) has been appointed as the piling contractor for the project.
Liberty House is a mixed-use commercial, residential and retail development, located near Sheikh Zayed Road at the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre business districts.
It features eight floors of freehold offices, most of which are arranged around a central atrium that provides a sense of space and light. Every office will have access to the latest infrastructure and technology. Level 8 offers a roof terrace that provides a setting for exclusive corporate functions and events.
The building also features 208 convenient studios, 120 airy and stylish one-bedroom apartments, and 44 spacious and elegant two-bedroom apartments, all designed with modern living in mind. All components, from kitchens to bedrooms, are carefully designed and detailed with emphasis on maximising space for a practical living environment. Every apartment is fitted with appliances, fittings and finishes. Modern security will be provided, including 24-hour security and individual video-entry system.
The complex provides recreational facilities, with a choice of two recreation and relaxation decks, both with pools. The one, at Level 9, offers an extended activity deck and rooftop-jogging track; the other, at the Level 42, offers a sunset panorama.
The tower offers two retail areas: the first in the main entrance lobby on Gate Drive; the second, at Concourse Level, offers dining of the highest quality.
