Polipropilen produces a range of polypropylene and steel fibres.

Turkey-based Polipropilen Elyaf Sanayi ve Dis Ticaret, Cesur packaging, is making its debut at this year’s Big 5 show to scout for agents to represent the company’s range of products in the booming markets of the Middle East.

“The fact that the show attracts several visitors from different countries, which form our target markets, makes it important for us to make our presence felt,” says export chief Melek Kina.
The company, which is a manufacturer and supplier of a variety of polypropylene fibres for both concrete and liquid carrying systems, was established in 2001, in Istanbul. At this year’s expo, the company will put on display its range of polypropylene and steel fibres for concrete, polypropylene yarns and ropes and liquid carrying systems, says Kina.
With a staff strength of 15 to 20 people, Polipropilen has achieved a turnover of $1 million and exports a majority of its products.
“Business has been much better for us as compared to last year,” says Kina.
Polipropilen will be present at Stand 5E270.
