Emaar Properties has unveiled Dubai Marina Mall complex, which will be located along the waterfront and completed by the second half of 2008.

Comprising a shopping and entertainment centre, the complex will extend over an area of 42,000 sq m and will have 40,000 sq m of net leaseable space.
The complex will house several retail outlets offering an array of shopping options, an extensive spread of restaurants and cafes, a cineplex and children’s entertainment area. A two-level basement plus five-storey parking lot will accommodate over 3,000 vehicles.
Dubai Marina Mall will sport a distinctive architectural style with a circular atrium that makes utmost use of the waterfront location. A pier, extending to the waterfront, will be lined with cafes and restaurants. The promenade level will anchor a variety of stores as well as food and beverage outlets that open to the waterfront. The ground and first floors showcase a wide range of retail options, while the second floor of the mall is dedicated for children’s entertainment, a foodcourt and a cineplex with eight screens.
