L’LBENAE Fonon Contracting is returning to Saudi Build this year with yet another launch – the second part of a guide to the construction of residential villas, authored by its general manager, Maid Ibrahim Al Mohaimmeed.
Part Two of ‘Stages of Building Residential Villas’ will be a special edition on finishing works of residential villas. A digital version showing the contents of the manual will be on show for visitors.
“The publication consists of 750 pages, illustrated amply with more than 1,700 colour images. Its contents include a simplified but detailed explanation of all the steps to be taken for the finishing of villas. It has been reviewed extensively by academics, engineers and major companies operating in the area of finishing buildings,” says Al Mohaimmeed.

L’lbenae, which has its headquarters in Riyadh, specialises in the supervision and project management of residential villas in Saudi Arabia, in addition to providing free consultations on construction through its website.
“Our mission at L’lbenae Fonon Contracting, besides project management, is to educate people in the Arab world, who are interested in construction, about the techniques and correct methods of project execution through our publications and website,” says the general manager.
The company participated in last year’s Saudi Build and was impressed by the results. It also launched the first part of its guide, which focuses on the basic structure of a residential villa. “The book received wide acceptance and saw huge sales, besides gaining good coverage in the print and electronic media and the Internet,” says Al Mohaimmeed.
The guide is marketed in the Gulf states.

L’lbenae Fonon Contracting is determined to establish a good presence in Saudi Build, given the importance of the event in the region, he adds. “We also see this as a golden opportunity to launch and showcase our products since companies from all over the world, in addition to those related to the construction sector will be present at the show.”
Al Mohaimmeed continues: “Our performance has improved compared to last year, and our participation in Saudi Build has surely contributed in this regard. We have secured some good projects, which has significantly increased our presence in the Saudi market, especially in the field of management services in which we have excelled. We look forward to further successes and future expansion with the creation of additional branches in the country.”
The company, staffed by highly-skilled engineers and architects, plans to target the Gulf region in particular and the greater Arab world in general through its publications and Internet website. It also plans to diversify its services in construction, particularly in terms of private residential buildings for citizens of the Gulf.
L’lbenae Fonon Contracting, which recently moved to its new headquarters in Riyadh, will be present at Hall One, Stand 108-1.
