

SAUDI Vetonit Company (Saveto), which marks three decades of operations next year, is on a course of growth, building new plants in Dammam and Jordan, launching new products and expanding its production capacity.
“Our growth has been consistent over the past several years while business levels this year have been higher than last year,” comments Yasser Fathi, the technical marketing manager of Saudi Vetonit.
Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Vetonit returns to Saudi Build buoyed by previous success at the event.
Saudi Vetonit will showcase a wide range of building finishing materials, including plaster mix systems, plasters and renders, interior and exterior coatings, tile setting materials and specialty products.
“Our participation at previous Saudi Build events elicited an excellent response and helped us secure many deals,” says Fathi.
He continues: “We are at Saudi Build because it is an important event for the building materials industry, is patronised by professionals, and gets good media coverage.”
Established in 1981, Saudi Vetonit Company is a leading manufacturer of dry-mixed cement and gypsum-based building finishing materials in the GCC and Middle East and North Africa (Mena) region. It produces the well-known brands of Vetonit and Saveto building finishing materials used for construction, building repairs, industrial grouts, flooring, tile setting and grouts, and coatings.

Saudi Vetonit’s products, which have been developed to suit the region’s demanding climatic conditions, are consistent in quality thanks to state-of-the-art automated production lines, and exceed rigorous quality assurance standards. They are manufactured with the help of expertise from its European partner based in Finland, with whom Saudi Ventoit has an R&D (research and development) agreement.
Saudi Vetonit has factories in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam in Saudi Arabia, as well as in Egypt, the UAE and Jordan. It has branches in Qatar, Syria, Bahrain and Jordan, and employs a total of 700 people.
Whether the customer is an architect, specifier, contractor or applicator, Saudi Vetonit takes pride on its ability to not only supply the right product but to also offer in-house expertise to ensure a project’s success.

We provide technical information for standards, application methods, product data, on-site demonstrations, sampling and training, and technical support on site to make sure the clients get the job done right the first time without any problems,” he says. 'Our engineers will conduct regular visits to monitor a projects while ensuring timely delivery to the job site.”
