A FULLY-FITTED show apartment at 23 Marina with ‘world-class interiors’ has been unveiled by Hircon International.
Two types of apartments are on show:  a fully-furnished three-bedroom unit  equipped with smart home technology by world-renowned home automation specialist Crestron, and a two-bedroom unfurnished unit.

Located at the Dubai Marina, the 380-m-tall tower boasts 48 duplex apartments, each of them located on the top 24 floors with its own private plunge pool with Jacuzzi and internal elevator. Covering an area of around 5,782 sq ft, each duplex is like a “hanging villa”.
Leading interior design specialists Best Interiors and contemporary furniture experts nuvo have put their stamp on the project that promotes trends in luxurious living.

“The space, view and floor-to-ceiling windows provided us with an inspiring base to work from,” comments Best Interiors owner Alkesh Tandon.
nuvo will provide furniture carefully selected and flown in from Italy, according to general manager Girish Mahtani. “We hope to create a sense of comfortable living and warmth through the combination of our contemporary furniture and customised materials,” he added.
The 23 Marina is developed by Hircon International, a joint venture between Hiranandani Developers, one of India’s most reputed property development companies, and ETA Star Property Developers.
