Pearl Development and Real Estate Company has commenced a live construction update facility for its maiden project, Abraj Al Lulu in Bahrain.

The on-site camera will be linked to the live video section of the project website (www.abrajallulu.com), facilitating investors and tenants viewing of development progress, with just a slight delay from real time, says a company spokesman.
Hatim Dadabhai, director, Pegasus Realty, said: “This milestone, reiterates our commitment to our customers of providing them with the best technologies and timely service coupled with transparent and sound management practices. Development work on the project is progressing ahead of schedule and the online 24 by 7 camera feed will validate this statement."
A key highlight of this facility is that once the feed is captured via a Digital Beta Camera (xx model) placed on the construction site, it is directly uploaded on to the Abraj Al Lulu website from an on-site uploading suite.
The Abraj Al Lulu project is Bahrain's largest private sector freehold residential development. Conceived, with active support from the government, the project will seek to bridge the demand-supply gap for world-class residential infrastructure.
