
Charilaos Apostolides (Bahrain) (Chapo) started construction work on the BD13-million ($34.5 million) Meena 7 Towers project last month.
Part of the Al Marsa Floating City at the Amwaj Islands, the contract, which was awarded to Chapo, last month, will be completed within a two-year period, said Adel Al Sada, general manager of Al Saraya Properties.
Meena 7 Towers, which comprises seven stunning condominiums spanning an area of 22,722 sq m with 213 apartments, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa, business centre, children’s playground and private beach. Every tower blends traditional architecture with all the modern amenities and facilities to assure you a comfortable and safe lifestyle.

Amwaj Islands has been granted special permission by the Government of Bahrain to sell freehold property not only to Bahraini nationals but also to foreign expatriates. The law has been changed in favour of buyers belonging to any nationality allowing them to own property provided they conform to the rules and regulations that are outlined by the government, he adds.
