Keller Grundbau has been awarded the piling and foundation contract for the BD6.5 million ($17.2 million) new headquarters of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) in Seef area, Bahrain.

The main contract will be awarded next month.
The 20-storey building will be constructed on a 6,900 sq m plot of land donated by the Prime Minister, located between the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre and Al Dana Mall.
The building will have a basement parking area for 160 cars. The ground floor will be a public area, which will include a library, a business centre, an exhibition hall and a majlis.
The first and second floors of the building will house a modern stepped auditorium with 600 seats. The structure will have the shape of a dhow reflecting the traditional Bahraini culture and will be made clad with aluminium as a symbol of Bahrain's aluminium industry.
