TOURISM Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has opened the second phase of its Eastern Mangroves resort residential component, The Promenade Apartments, for lease following high demand for its first phase of residences that have been successfully leased out in the luxury waterfront development in Abu Dhabi.

The Eastern Mangroves Promenade Apartments offer a selection of 170 sleek and spacious apartments set across two buildings, of which one building of 77 apartments will be available for lease at this stage.

Meanwhile, the TDIC, masterdeveloper of tourism, cultural and residential destinations in Abu Dhabi, has signed with Kids First Group, an internationally-recognised academic operator, to open the first nursery school on Saadiyat later this year.

The Redwood Saadiyat Nursery project, which is currently in its schematic design phase, will encompass a total of 1,500 sq m of space, including a 500-sq-m building and a 1,000 sq m space for outdoor activities.
