TOURISM Development & Investment Company (TDIC) has launched Jawaher Al Saadiyat, a collection of 10 luxury show villas that opened to public last month.

These premium show homes are replicas of the Saadiyat Beach Villas on Saadiyat Beach, the first of which will be delivered later this year.

Jawaher Al Saadiyat comprises a landscaped street, two parks, and villas in a variety of sizes and styles. The fully-furnished homes feature landscaped gardens and terraces, and offer an exclusive preview of the lifestyle the future residents of Saadiyat Beach Villas are set to enjoy.

The beach villas, which will be the island’s first residential community, come in three distinctive styles and feature high-quality finishes such as marble kitchen surfaces, intricate mosaic tiles and bold geometric windows.
