A BD30 million ($79.5 million) freehold commercial tower, which will sport a twisted and curved shape, is to be built in Bahrain’s Seef district.

The 35-storey BFB Tower, which will be the first of its kind in Bahrain, is designed by local company Andalus Engineering Consultancy.
Construction work on the towers is expected to commence shortly and will be completed within two years, says a spokesman for the developer.
Being developed by Bin Faqeeh Developers, the project is located close to the Bahrain City Centre development and will feature a grand reception, business lounge, four floors of parking and VIP lobbies.
The tower will have 29 levels for offices, with each level having a signature office with an identity of its own.
The levels have been classified as Silver Streaks, for floors from six to 14, the Gold Experience, from floors 15 to 30, and the Platinum Collection, on floors 31 to 32, which will have their own exclusive elevators. Back-up generators will ensure high-speed internet access is maintained throughout the tower, along with 24-hour security.
