Dammam-based Saudi Industrial Paint Company (Sipco), a leading Saudi-owned manufacturer of high quality paints, sealants, adhesives and construction chemicals, has recently inaugurated one of its largest and sophisticated paint showrooms in the Gulf at Prince Sultan Road in Al Khobar in Saudi Arabia.
“The new showroom has helped simplify the selection process by introducing new techniques that will help our customers to select their favourite colours at their very first visit,” says Sheikh Suleiman bin Abdul Qader Al Muhaidib, chairman of Sipco.
“The showroom also puts on display our vast range of innovative paints and coatings especially designed for Saudi and other Arab families – which come along with the promise of high-quality finishes guaranteed by our company,” he adds.
The new showroom was inaugurated in the presence of Issam Al Mulla, president of Al Khobar Municipality and top-ranking officials from Sipco that included Sheikh Suleiman, Dr Ahmed Ismail Jomha, general manager, Faisal Al Sugair, managing director along with other company and government officials, customers and members of the construction sector.
“Our board of directors has always been keen to ensure that the company maintains a leading position as a manufacturer of quality paints and without its whole-hearted support the opening of such a facility would not have been possible,” says Dr Jomha.
Sipco, which has introduced new standards in the manufacture of decorative paints, has four major company divisions that include decorative paints, protective coatings, industrial finishes and adhesives and sealants. It claims to be the only company within the local market that manufactures patented exclusive products, including water-borne paints and decorative and interior coatings that are renowned for their aesthetic appeal as well as for being safe for users and the environment.
One of the foremost suppliers of technologically-advanced surface coatings and treatments, the company's product portfolio includes Stoneshield which is an exterior coating for palaces and luxurious villas as well as the high-performance Ultrashield which lasts for more than 15 years, as well as sealants, adhesives, epoxies, industrial and marine paints.
“Our technical team is available throughout Saudi Arabia to provide ongoing support and training for contractors, designers and consultants to support these products as we have been always eager to manufacture the right product for the right application with the right support,” according to Sheikh Suleiman.
Sipco operates throughout Saudi Arabia from its head office and factory in Dammam, with branch offices and distribution warehouses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, in Saudi Arabia; Kuwait and Dubai.
