The Bahrain-based Ossis Property Developers Company has announced plans to create a business park located on the $1 billion Amwaj Islands development.
Designed by internationally-renowned architects and interior designers Davenport Campbell and administered by project managers Meena Projects, the facility will house a collection of offices, central parking and modern amenities surrounded by picturesque landscapes.
The park will be divided into two phases, with the north wing expected to be complete by late next year.
The 7,600 sq m park will be located on the Educational and Medical Island at Amwaj Islands, which consists of a hospital, university and the International School of Choueifat.
‘The Business Park will be a first of its kind in Bahrain and will allow companies to lease office space and be surrounded by breathtaking views,’ said Davenport Campbell managing director Louis Taurian. ‘The park has been designed with state-of-the-art office facilities and technology to accommodate a variety of end user demands and expectations.’
