Almost half of the buildings in the urban limits of Dubai do not have car-parks for their residents, according to a Dubai Municipality study.
The survey showed that out of 51,784 buildings in urban Dubai, 26,798 buildings were without a car-parking facility. The parking spaces available in the remaining buildings were enough to accommodate up to 149,252 cars.
