Major international companies with expertise in designing, constructing, financing and marketing waterfront projects are likely to attend the Waterfront and Marina Development International Exhibition and Conference to be held in Dubai.
The inaugural exhibition, to be held from June 3 to 5 next year, will be organised at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The exhibition, to be organised by Media Generation Events Ltd, will feature some of the world's most exciting waterfront projects. The value of the global waterfront property market over the next five years is estimated to be over $100 billion.
Media Generation Events business development director Mark Beaumont said around 200 delegates and 100 exhibitors would attend the event.
