UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that it has made rapid progress on some of its key developments including its Creek Views I project, located in the Dubai Healthcare City, and Berton within Al Furjan community in Dubai.

The Creek Views I mixed-use development has reached 95 per cent completion and is scheduled for handover by the second quarter of 2022, said Azizi.

Merging views of both the old and new Dubai, Creek Views I boasts a mix of 396 studios, 218 one-, and 20 two-bedroom units as well as 33,341 sq ft of premium retail space. It will feature an all-inclusive health club comprising a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, a sauna, a steam room, as well as a serene outdoor yoga space, it added.

Meanwhile, Azizi has announced that 84 per cent of the work has been completed on Berton, a key 245-unit residential project.

In line with its commitment to timely delivery, Azizi said the key development, featuring 190 studio units, 41 one-bedroom and 14 two-bedroom apartments as well as 16 luxurious penthouses, will be ready by Q3.

Berton’s structure and blockwork are 100 per cent complete, while the internal plastering stands at 99 per cent, stated the developer, while giving a project update.

Elevator works are 96 per cent complete, with the second mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) phase now having reached 51 per cent, and façade works and tiling being at 85 per cent and 90 per cent, respectively. Overall finishes now stand at 64.9 per cent completion, it added.

Among other developments, Azizi has signed an agreement with Nerkal Interior to direct and model the interior space for its luxurious mega-project Riviera, located in Dubai’s MBR City, which is designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai.
