Al Zahia will boast a total of 3,700 homes.

Al Zahia, a joint venture between Majid Al Futtaim Properties and Sharjah Asset Management, has launched the sale of ready-to-move in residential units within its Al Lilac neighbourhood.

Comprising 290 three- to five-bedroom villas and townhouses, Al Lilac is the latest neighbourhood to welcome families in Al Zahia, following the handover of homes in Al Jouri and Al Narjis in 2017 and 2018 respectively.

According to Yousuf Kazim, Managing Director for Majid Al Futtaim (Communities), to date, 64 per cent of the project has been sold, with 800 families already in residence, he adds.
