PACIFIC Ventures is set to develop a range of luxury villas and townhouses at Dubai Lifestyle City, the newest address in Dubai.

Called Pacific Emerald, the development will feature opulent villas and townhouses to be serviced by JW Marriott Residences. Pacific Ventures will begin construction this month with completion expected in two years.

Located between Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road (Dubai Bypass Road) behind the Arabian Ranches and next to Al Waha Villas, the two-cluster development is estimated to cost Dh500 million ($136.1 million). It includes 27 premium villas each 5,115 sq ft in area, 43 upscale townhouses each 4,025 sq ft in area and 26 houses.

“Following the success of our Burj Pacific project comes another new important development for Pacific Ventures, one that will solidify our position as a premier developer of luxury projects,” said Parvez Khan, the chairman and managing director of Pacific Ventures.

Dubai Lifestyle City is an upscale community patterned after the picturesque lifestyle of Tuscany, and offers a range of luxury villas, townhouses and houses as well as cultural recreational facilities. In addition, Dubai Lifestyle City and Marriott International will oversee outstanding community facilities and landscaped communal areas.
