IN LINE with its strategy to expand globally, Soprofen has chosen the Middle East as the key destination to export its industrial joinery and solar thermal energy technologies, which have helped build its reputation throughout Europe, says a spokesman for the company.
And although it has been a regular exhibitor at Saudi Build for the past decade in collaboration with its partner in Lebanon, the company will now return to the trade fair with a renewed drive to penetrate the region and attain it objectives by seeking commercial and industrial partners willing to invest in the production and distribution of its solutions.
For several generations now, the French company – renowned for its innovating qualities – has combined 25 years of experience in joinery with the financial soundness of the Atrya group, to which it belongs.
At Saudi Build, Soprofen will be highlighting two ranges of products in the joinery and solar thermal energy categories.

In the first category will be Tryba uPVC (unplasticised polyvinyl chloride) windows along with Soprofen roller blinds and solar protection systems. These products boast outstanding technical performance, particularly in terms of thermal and acoustic properties and an exclusive design, which together have served to establish their success throughout Europe, says the spokesman. Soprofen also provides a wide range of products including garage doors and balcony and terrace glazing.
In the solar thermal energy category, the company will promote ESE combined solar thermal systems, which use a patented gravity drainage technology to offer a host of benefits in energy production control, longevity, sturdiness and low maintenance costs.
“The technique is especially beneficial for large installations such as swimming pools, sports facilities and hotels,” the spokesman points out.
With its own integrated research department, Soprofen holds over 40 patents and ensures all its innovations are 100 per cent original.
