
Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV), the region’s international education hub, has launched the third phase of its development.
To be located within the Dubai Academic City complex, the new phase is being developed in response to the tremendous interest DKV has evoked from educational institutions around the world.
The Dh 300 million ($81.7 million) development will have a built-up area of approximately 1 million sq ft and will feature a range of facilities to cater to the needs of students and faculty in Dubai Knowledge Village.
Universities that are set to move into the Phase III development include: the renowned French fashion school Esmod, Heriot Watt University, Institute of Management Technology (IMT), MAHE – Manipal Dubai and S P Jain Center of Management. More than 2,500 students are expected to be studying in the Phase III campus by the next academic year.
