Asia’s leading construction equipment show, Conexpo Asia 2006 has grown bigger this year with the addition of new exhibitors including global players.

“Major Chinese and European construction equipment manufacturers have signed on to exhibit, joining the major North American equipment manufacturers,” says a spokesman for the organiser.
To be held from May 15 to 18 at the China National Agricultural Exhibition centre in Beijing, China, the exhibition will showcase manufacturers of equipment, products and services related to the construction industry in China and the Asia-Pacific region.
Among the Chinese and European exhibitors signing up recently are Atlas Copco, Foton Heavy Machinery, Sandvik, Shaanxi Construction Machinery, XCMG (Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group) and Zoomlion.
Also exhibiting are leading companies such as Astec, Case Construction Machinery, Caterpillar, Cummins Engine Co., Ditch Witch, Gator Machinery, Gomaco, Ingersoll Rand-Bobcat, JLG Industries-Gradall, Manitowoc Crane Group-Grove-Potain, Terex-Genie and Vermeer Manufacturing. 
Conexpo Asia is owned and produced by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), which also owns and organises Conexpo-CON/AGG, one of the leading construction equipment trade shows in the world. Conexpo Asia is co-located with World of Concrete Asia.
