
Two contracts worth SR1.125 billion ($300 million) for the implementation of the sewage network in the north and central parts of Jeddah have been signed by Saudi Water and Electricity Minister Abdullah Al Husayn, said a report.
The project calls for the import of pipes and the building of subsidiary networks and will be executed in 30 months.
The area covered is bound to the north by King Abdul Aziz International Airport, to the south by Abdullah Al Sulaiman Street, to the east by Jeddah-Makkah Expressway and to the west by the Corniche.
